Hi,

I guess that your import demo data process was not completed.
I would like to re-install the theme for you and I will continue to check if there is any problem.

Do you need to backup anything? I will reset your whole site then try from the scratch. Please let me know then I will do it for you

Yes you can re-install now.

No need for backup.

FTP works for me.
The username is the full email address
