Instalations problems

Hi everyone,
We have purchased this theme yesterday, we are trying ton install it in our site but we have lots of problems:
1 - We have a 1.7.6.4 Prestashop, and when we try to install some theme, for example laber_logancee_homepage1, uploading the zip file in the install form or uploading zip file to theme folder manually, we receive an error:
Unexpected error has ocurred. [PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Domain\Theme\Exception\ThemeConstraintException código 2]
We have received this error in two different domains with two different kinds of hosting. The first one, the main domain, with Prestashop 1.7.6.4 and the second one, for testing the issues in other, with Prestashop 1.7.6.2
2 - Finally, we have decided to upload the uncompressed file to theme folder, then the theme appears in the installed list themes but when we try to activate some one we received the error:
laber_logancee_homepage1: Could not install labertaticblocks module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage2: Could not install labertaticblocks module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage3: Could not install blockwishlist module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage4: Could not install blockwishlist module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage5: Could not install blockwishlist module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage6: Could not install blockwishlist module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage7: Could not install labertaticblocks module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage8: Could not install blockwishlist module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage9: Could not install blockwishlist module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage10: Could not install labertaticblocks module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage11: Could not install blockwishlist module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
laber_logancee_homepage12: Could not install blockwishlist module. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded.
3 - After uncompress the main file we can't find the img folder to override as per manual
we need to solve this problem as soon as possible.
