    Cannot get variable product to work in Dokan Pro

    Hi, I now have built the website and installed Dokan Pro. I have created a test vendor account (see secret info).

    I want to create variable products with size and colour variation. Problem is two things:

    1. the variable products I have built so far do not show on the product page in the website (see - https://www.ecohonesty.com/product/6pce-bamboo-bedding-set/)

    2. when I try and create new variable product (in vendor account) I cannot create attributes. Every time I click add Custom Attribute, it takes me to the top of the page.

    Please can you take a good look for me...

    I am really sorry. But my coder is still trying to find the reason. He sent to the developers of theme to check also.

    Hi Yame,

    I've had a response from WeDevs - makers of Dokan plugin.

    They think there is a conflict between theme and plugin and want to access and test the site. If the theme is not compatible with all plugins needed for Dokan, then I will need to switch themes and request a refund. I therefore ask that you get your coder to fix this problem more quickly.

    Dear Yame,

    an old problem has now come back. The add product on vendor dashboard is now transparent again. It means I cannot upload products. Please see screenshot. You did originally fix this but it's now reverted back to original problem.

    It seems your theme is not compatible with Dokan which was whole reason I bought your theme.

    Please get your coder fix all of these problems as soon as you can or allow me to have a refund. I have wasted two whole weeks building my website using your theme and am very angry that there are all these faults with Dokan plugin.

    It is really weird because when I checked in your last ticket: https://support.kutethemes.net/topic/show-topic/67427 this problem did not occur ( I forgot to provide you the screenshot)
    I have asked the coder to check quickly also. There are a lot of things to do. We will try to not let you wait for the long time.

    One question: how can I be sure it won't go again later, e.g. if the theme updates? Will you add this code into future theme update?

    Also, I am using child theme in Wordpress. Is this correct thing to do?

    Ahh sorry.
    Yes you can update theme normally. If you have any questions, pls submit a new ticket then I will check for you.
    Child theme is the best solution for you if you want to have your own customization or change the default design. Your changing will not be lost when you update theme
