    Hello,
    we've noticed a really slow backend, especially when editing products or pages.

    By looking at the issue using QueryMonitor, seems like VP Bakery is very slow. Can you please check?

    We checked and we did not find out any reason from theme.
    Even when we activated the default theme, it still loaded so slowly.

    It may be because your hosting is overloaded. You have a lot of plugins without any updates.
    Pls check again the disable the un-important plugins
