Issues with category images

Hello. I have two issues with the category headings - please see attached.

1. Is it possible to specify a unique image for each different category (e.g. have a shoe & bag image in the main area).
2. In the category shown, the text for Shoes & Bags overflows the text box. Where can I shrink the text so it fits inside?
