Theme not working as advertised

After installing the theme on my test site, and following all installation instructions I have come to the conclusion that the theme is not working as it should. The product page is not displaying properly, the mobile view is not displaying properly, the theme in my opinion just won't work with my site. This may be due to plugin issues, but I can't change these so I am requesting a full refund please.
