error when .wie file on widget impoter

Hello,

when i upload .wie file on widget import it show error

Request Timeout
Server timeout waiting for the HTTP request from the client.

so i cant import file

when you were told me check at that time it work fine but next day i reinstall the themes and then again add product then its show same error .
