    Theme Demo not coming up properly

    I am a wordpress developer, i followed steps as mentioned in ur documentation, installed plugin. than demo. After demo the menu is not coming properly and pages are not opening.
    Than, i did the next step - Import Database. It takes wordpress to - Technical Problem and have to restart the process.
    Tried the same atleast 10 times on different hostings. but not working.

    Hi,

    I got your issue. I would like to re-install the theme on your site so I will reset your site then install from the scratch.
    Do you have anything that need to do backup? If not, I will start the job then will let you know the result later

    It's already so long. Theme installation is just a matter of 10-15 mins. I have installed over 300+ wordpress themes so far. Facing such a issue first time.
    There is a fault in your theme fix it and install immediately.

    We are not sure it is because of your hosting or networking: https://prnt.sc/rp9v0z Sometimes it runs fast, sometime it stops.
    We are trying with some different ways for you to install successfully the theme for you

    i have tried on google cloud also, getting same error.
    can't say about hosting as i am using same services to host other sites and never faced the issue before.

    I have to say that it is really hard to install the theme for you.
    We have never met a hosting that runs too slow like yours. Theme is still working well and it is really easy to install in some other client's sites.
    But yours is so difficult to re-install.
    However, we effort a lot and now it is running in your hosting. Because your site loads so slowly so we still cannot check if it works well.
    So now, pls check then let me know if there are something that are not same with demo
