    Refund needed for purchased Ocolus theme from ThemeForest

    I have been looking for support and wanting assistance and documentation for so long for this theme. I have been trying to access the support system for a long time but to no avail. Please provide me a refund of the theme purchased over theme forest. Earlier your support page wouldnt work as it gave some php error.

    Alright, these are the issues:
    1. In the shop page, I cant change the template of it. I want a full width template like every other page but I cant change it for some reason. There is no option in the backend as well since its a woocommerce shop page.
    2. When you add anything in the cart, woocommerce adds the product quantity instead of the product count. For eg: If I add 20 tomatoes in the account, the mini cart in the header, shows 20. I want it to show 1 since I have added one product but the quantity is 20.

    Please solve these two issues at the earliest since there has been no documentation or anything from your side for this.

    Well, the credentials are correct. Anyhow, I have changed the domain. The new credentials are provided.

    The above 2 issues are there. Please solve these two issues as well:
    3. For all the products and the shop, I want the page template to be full width and without the page title bar which has the breadcrumbs
    4. In the image attached (1.png), as you can see, the slider is covering the category search bar. I dont want that. I want it like the image 2.png

    Please confirm for the domain you will use in the future. Because we just support for only one domain for a client.
    You previous domain is still working and are you sure that you will not use the theme for that domain?

    The domain is correct. The new one. The old one was a subdomain for testing purposes.

    The username and password is correct. Please dont waste time. I have changed the URL today. Please use the new credentials.

    Or just provide me with my refund. Its simpler this way.

    There is a new issue now.

    5. Coupon codes are not giving percentage discount in woocommerce. Its not working with multiple plugins that I am using.
