The same products are shown in all the categories on the frontpage

Hello!
Sorry, I didn't know how to explain this issue with as few letters as possible in the title.
I have three main categories at the frontpage. Sikkerhet, Samband and Medisinsk utstyr. I have added a "best selling" tab, and for some reason all the same products are shown in the three categories.
As you can see in the attached picture, all the same products are shown in the three categories. This also applies to Tilbud (Sales), Nye varer (New items), and Flest vurderinger (Most reviews)
I would be very grateful if this is something you could please fix for us.
