footer editor not working

my problem in Theme option
- can't save change Footer Setting
- can't save change WooCommerce -> Shop Setting -> Product Shop Layout
it look your them option can't change anything. i see the setting saved but when i check the website , it not change.
for example : footer and Shop Setting
