theme demo import not working

Hi support team,
We have bought the theme for our website https://www.amexstrore.com/ purchase code 9d69a42f-98ba-4d28-9fb6-ae0b6906642b
and we have upload the theme and also installed all plugins as well but when we trying to import data using tool>import its not working as when we upload the xml file by content name then its shows 404 error page not found always
could you please install the demo 1 for our kuteshop theme https://kuteshop.kute-themes.net/home-01/ and here is login info
