    Hi,

    It is because you still do not create any Footer Builder for your site yet.
    Pls go here then create for your own: https://prnt.sc/r3bexl, then comeback Theme Options to select Footer for your site
    If you cannot do this, pls provide me the correct admin account then I will check for you
