Product category Tab

Hi,
I'm recently purchase your theme which are so much impressive.I like your theme design & organization method.I need your help to edit this theme that is :i give a screenshot which exactly i need to convert in my theme including arrow sign, through which product slide shows in that tab.
Another problem is its take too much time to load so how can i solve this too.
If you give me some information how to do these I will thankful to you.I'm waiting for your response.
