Errors on LABER modules

Hi,
I am updating www.gastrolux.fr, a 1.6 prestashop with an old Boutique Theme. I have upgraded to the latest prestashop version and renewed support for Boutique theme. I am using the latest Boutique Version. Preproduction shop is here : http://gastrolux.squareglasses.biz/index.php
Here are two errors I encountered when working with the Boutique Theme :
# Error on LABER Custom HTML customization
Clicking on Customization button of LABER Custom HTML in Modules opens a 500 error in backend : "Notice: Undefined index: id_laber_staticblock".
# Error on LABER Megamenu
I have added an item in a column in a submenu : see "Mentions Légales" in "Accueil". However, this item links to a 404, event though it is a Prestashop link and the page exists : http://gastrolux.squareglasses.biz/index.php?id_cms=2&controller=cms
Could you help me fix these errors ?
