    Theme loads incredible slow, nothing can be edited

    I asked an expert to install the theme, he did so but nothing is editable. I cannot upload images, I cannot change the logo, everything uses WAY too many resources, with just the BASIC plugins. I've used this theme before, so I think the installation wasn't done correctly. Can you please check what the issue is? I want to install homepage 13.

    Yesterday I installed correctly the theme for your site. And now I don't see your site is running theme with homepage 13 anymore.
    Why? If you have anything thay un-editable, you can list all then I will help you to answer
    So, pls provide me again your admin account, I will check for you
