    Import Demo data failed

    Im having a problems importing the demo for my OCOLUS theme. I keep getting the error: There are several stages involved in the process. Please be patient.

    Download sample data package.
    Failed to download the selected sample data package 'main'.

    I really hope you can help me out with this, its racking my brain. Also, if possible could you install demo home #13? (Large left slider and 3 smaller slides to the right of it).

    It didn't work properly. I was not able to edit anything, not able to upload logos, change pages, nothing. I changed to another theme, and Ocolus content was still there. It was not done properly. Can you please try it again? I will rate 5 stars once everything is done the right way. Thank you for your help.

    Hi even though the demo was installed, I could not do anything. I then switched themes, and the ocolus shortcodes were visible on the new theme. Im not sure it was installed correctly. I tried uploading a logo, changing images, changing text, nothing would work. Can you please make sure its a fresh install and nothing is interfering with me using the theme? I would appreciate it. My credentials are as followed:

    I cannot connect on Skype until I am off of work in 8 hours. By then I assume you are asleep in your time zone. Please escalate this to someone who can install the theme correctly. It has been over a week since I have purchased this and cannot get started on it.

    Still waiting mate. Also it looks like the latest version does not have Main files so there is no sample data to import.

    Hey brother. Its kind of happening again. It loads soo slowly. Going into the dashboard can take 30-40 seconds. Seeing an update over a minute. Can you tell me what might be causing this?

    I think you should take the video for testing speed. So I will see correctly the seconds it will take when you update anything for your pages.
    Because when I am testing, I don't see any slow. So I need your video, then I will do the same and we can compare later
