    WpBakery not saving

    When I click to edit modules it shows up blank. However if I click any other tab such as the design tab and then click on the GENERAL TAB, the module appears. Unfortunately it still does not save.

    Note: It shows WpBakery needs to be updated. I do not know if this is the culprit.
    Also, I am not caching any files at this time.

    Could you please provide your FTP ỏ Cpanel accounts? We would like to check theme codes and update it
