Error displaying web

I'm the person in charge of the web. I have to restore a backup in order to put online a stable version. However, as my partner mentioned in the last email, we received an email from wordpress indicating that the CMS had a problem with the plugin OVIC (I understand that you developed that plugin). In one of my tests, I disabled the plugin, but then the web page started to fail, not showing some slides and pictures.
So, in conclusion, I need you to check your plugin and tell me if I'm using the latest version and what else can I do in order to not have problems with my web. By the way, today I have some troubles trying to access to the web page. The browser showed "Error to load" and then I have to reload the web and wait for 2 minutes until it loads completely
