Hi mate,

You cannot change the logo in your site, it is because you use settings in Page Options. And you also have to change the logo image there: https://prnt.sc/pnx3jt
Beside, in Theme Options, you are using the other header style, logo, or something like that.

So please change again your settings then get the correct results
