Two separate Main menu on mobile, one for Primary menu, another for Vertical menu (Product Categories)

Hi, could you please help me to create a widget area for mobile so the customers can easily navigate the product categories at any page instead of just the homepage. or any other best solution possible to be able to access the vertical menu which is the product categories menu easily. Thank you very much. I see a website called www.saadistore.com which has this smart menu, I have attached the screenshot below, just an idea or any other way or position would absolutely work. Thank you
