    Mobile Mega Menu Error

    Hi, I have added some new Mega menu on my vertical menu and it works fine on the desktop but not on mobile devices. I've attached a screenshot of the problem. It also appears in other mega menus I've created like Breakfast or Grocery. And the regular menu are displayed fine, just the mega menus on mobile. Could you also help to see that after fixing the issue that it wont occur in the new mega menus that I will create in the future. Thank you.

    Have you cleared cache on your phone yet?

    Hi, I believe I wasn't able to explain clearly before. It is the sub categories created by mega menu which have the problem displayed in the screenshots I have attached. I have created two mega menus, which are " Grocery" and "Breakfast", they have no issue displaying their respective sub categories on desktop, it's just the mobile view. Thank you.

    We have check many times, it still works fine. Which browser you are using? Could you take video shot to describe it again?

    Hi, the sub categories are showing fine now. Thank you for that. However, there is this another issue which is when you open the category menu on mobile, and trying to scroll down through the sub categories, the sub categories I mean, then the product menu goes away and disappears, I happens only when you open any sub category, then the menu goes away. Thank you. I have attached a link to a video showing the problem. Thank you for your time and effort. I really appreciate it.

    I see. My coder will check it for you.
    So how do you want to display your menu on Mobile? I mean I would like to ask about your intention then my coder will check and fix it if possible

    I would like to display it the same way it is being displayed, just that it doesn't disappear without wanting it to disappear.
