    Issues on the theme

    Hi,
    After you deleted my topic, Jim Brown asks me to create a new one with all my issues.
    Unlike the informations you sent to him, I have made no cutomization on your theme only (deleted the social icons) on the product.tpl.
    All the issues are started after the fresh installation of the theme.
    Two months after my first topic, I need solutions now !
    Please find attached a MS Word document with all the issues.

    To complete my previous topic. The list of the customization attached. You will see it's not "a lot" and one is by your side (issue) because when you desactivate the "comparition" in prestashop (=0) it doesn't work in the theme (buttons stay).

    Pls find my replies in the attached doc file below.
    For the border in category list, you can send me the files and I will put it on my ftp, cache empty....
    Or If you give the process to update the theme without deleting my translations, I can test with the 2.8.2 version.
    For that it's just deleting the fr.php in all folders before updating ??

    Please find the access in the secret zone of this message. We are almost on target...
    Can give me also the process to make the entire migration of the theme 2.8.2 without deleting my french translations. I need to delete all the fr.php (in all folders) before updating ?

    The issue seems to be solved with the border on my website now. Thanks a lot.
    We are near the perfection. I have just a last issue with a "point" in the footer when you activate customer returns.

    Hi Emily,
    First I wish you an happy new year for you and your family.
    Sorry for the delay, I was on vacation and after in another project.

    - For the issue, please find attached screenshot. It's simple, when I activate the "merchandise returns" (important for a webshop) I have no bullet point in front of "My Merchandise Returns". After, it's not really an issue but the box is too small and the text is in 2 lines.

    - After a discussion with Jim, I proposed to give my French translations to have a strong and right french wording. He wants them for others french customers and asked me to give you access to my ftp to pick the good fr.php in the right folder. You will find the access in the secret zone. Be careful I will close the access at the end of the week and we are in "sales" period in France. In this case you need to change the word "SOLDES" by "Promotions" to be accurate with a normal activity.

    I don't want to change the code by myself because il will be consider as "customization" in the future.

    Since your intervention on my website, I just discover a new issue. On the homepage (and not in the categories) the quickview of products shows a blank page. If I deactivate the quickview parameter I have no more the photos of products.
    I made no customisation or change of parameter on the site since november and it worked before your access has my site (just replace the slider loader.gif).
    Please find attached a screenshot of the issue.

    To complete my previous post, I tried to reset the Flexible custom module to restart the quickview but it's worst.
    But for sure, the issue comes from Flexible custom module.
