Next Page Button Scroll Up To Top Issue

Instead of paying your custom support to fix an issue that should be part of the working theme by default I purchased another theme.
As mentioned in the original ticket the page should automatically scroll back to the top when click on the next page button.
That is standard on almost every website you visit. Including the new theme I purchased to replace TechOne.
It's so standard that I am still surprised your coder didn't program that in by default.
So I purchased another theme instead of pay your coder to fix something that should already be part of the theme.
Figured may as well spend the money on a another theme that doesn't have that issue.
Even the new theme I purchased to replace techone automatically scrolls back up to the top of the next page when you click on next page button. Just like it should because it's a standard code on almost every website you visit.
