I flushed all cache both on my server and in WP-Rocket, I turned off my CDN and then turned it back on again. Still having the same issue. What else should I do?

The last time my coder fixed for you by adding some css code. So if you backed up, please restore that code. Because the theme is running with default style. Perhaps that code was lost when you switched to another theme
    Thanks!

Where did he put the CSS? If it was in the Custom CSS/JS area of Theme Options, it should still be there. I never delete the Child Theme when updating. Whatever he added should still be there unless he put it somewhere else that would get deleted when updating TechOne

Here you will see that I've set the main background color for the theme that doesn't seem to be getting picked up

My coder checked again and said that you customized child theme with the incorrect way so it made your theme work incorrectly.
We do not support for the customized site so please check again all your customized code

It is missing this file from Main theme: /css/custom.css so it cannot load the custom css from Theme Options. Pls check again

Should I just reinstall the main TechOne theme? I don't know where to find the custom.css file to put it in there.

    Hi,

Here I would like to send you the child theme package.
You should write the code php into function.php file of Child theme without copying from Main theme then paste into Child theme.
And please remember to BACKUP code before doing this because with each time you switch theme or install new theme, all customized codes will be lost

    Regards,

I already have a Child Theme. I've been using it for at least a year. I have not customized anything besides the Custom CSS. I deleted all of the CSS I've written and still have the same problem. I do not write PHP. I have not written PHP. Anything of that nature would have been written by your coders during another support ticket.

The point I'm trying to make is that there is a malfunction somewhere. I've always had the three colors of Main site Color, Second Color, and Main Color 3 set as dark blue, red, and light blue. The dark blue is not showing.See attachments. The dark blue is supposed to be in the navigation area (https://shop.sparkedinnovations.com/) and the footer is supposed to be a dark gray.

I do see that, but it concerns me. The reason it concerns me is that the color used to be correct and then it vanished one day. In addition, the navigation bar is still not the right color. Rather than use a workaround (using additional custom CSS), I'd like to get to the root of the cause to understand what happened and fix that problem properly so that the theme functions as intended. Placing the dark blue color in the "Main site Color" box in theme options used to work, but it doesn't anymore (you can see the navigation bar in your screenshot is still light gray). https://prnt.sc/pjbkx3

My coder said that you should check again Child theme. Please do not copy file from Parent theme to Child theme. If you do like that, it will overwrite again your parent theme so that's why the priority of these css files is turned upside down.

Can you just do it for me? I didn't make any changes. I don't know what to check. The only thing I can think of that happened was when a plugin developer went in to fix something and possibly messed it up. I don't know enough to fix this. I'm paying for support. Can you just do it for me?

My coder still sees this file techone-child/css/style.min.css. It is setting background for "header Navigation" with color code is #f5f5f5
Did you still copy css from Parent theme to Child theme?

This is still not resolved. I did not copy CSS from the Parent Theme to the Child Theme. All I did was edit CSS via Appearance>Customize>Additional CSS. This has been going on for five months and we've paid for support. We would appreciate it if you would go in and fix this issue the right way.

At this point, I would just rather you reset the CSS back to its original state and I'll recustomize.

    Hi,
In case we help you to reset CSS back to its original state, so some of your issues that you contacted to support system will be returned.
And we will not have much time to support for those again. Because you also customized / edited in the CSS section so we cannot check again which comes from mine.

At the moment my coder checked for you, he found out that someone had copied CSS code from Parent theme to Child theme. So some priority order was changed. Therefore, to be safe, pls do as this guideline:

Firstly, please do backup your current Child theme + Parent theme
Secondly, do backup your current CSS, JS (in Customize and in Theme Options)
Lastly, update Child theme and Parent theme.
Then you will get the latest version and you can do the customization from the beginning.

After updating, some issues will return, so you have to check again the css in the backup file to add again (The css we supported for you last time)

    Regards,

OK. Could you please do me a favor and look back in my tickets to find the issue that required a code change by your developer? I don't have access to those tickets.

Also, the only CSS I added was through Appearance>Customize>Additional CSS (not directly in the css file). Therefore, I'm pretty sure any changes to the original CSS (from the parent theme) would have been made by you.
