Vertical Menu Still not working after 2 months

Hi,
I am still waiting for you to help resolve the vertical menu bug in your theme. It works fine on the MAIN SITE, but not my 3 sub directory sites. I have asked you many times to help me fix it, and I see now you have completely deleted the thread. Please just tell me what you did to fix the first main theme so I can fix the others! It is showing the PRODUCTS and not the page links. And please do not blame it on the plugin because I have the plugin on all 4 sites, yet it works on one.
