Messed up Credit Card dialogue in Checkout

Posted by: SparkedInnovations Jul 31, 2019 at 05:34 (5 year ago)
The credit card dialogue is messed up in checkout. I updated all plugins, deleted all custom CSS, and it still has issues. This has been an ongoing issue... no plugin update caused the issue. See attached screenshot to the right - there are checkboxes and text that are jumbled together.

OK. Thank you. Will I need to edit my child theme or fix anything moving forward or is this a permanent fix?

Ah. My coder added some css code in Theme Options > Custom css. So you can backup the code before you update the Main theme in the future
    Thank you!

OK. I just noticed there is something wrong with the image viewer. Check this link and click on the image to bring up the carousel viewer https://shop.sparkedinnovations.com/product/dual-display-12vdc-voltmeter/?attribute_pa_color=blue

Same error when AO is disabled.
Given the JS error, this could be an issue with photoswipe. (see attached)

It is caused by this plugin: https://prnt.sc/otanx3
When my coder deactivated this, then your page worked normally. So pls check it again

I checked with the plugin developer and he wrote this:

"You were using an SVG in the gallery when this issue was occurring, so I’d imagine that something in the gallery isn’t liking loading the SVG. (SVG’s are not actually an image in the way png and jpg’s are. But they can be used as an image). Again, I would suggest opening an issue with the gallery plugin"

For this problem, pls contact to Woocommerce development team to ask for support. This plugin is incompatible with the 'gallery lightbox component' of Woo.

    Response from WooCommerce:

"Okay, so I do see an issue here - https://shop.sparkedinnovations.com/product/dual-display-12vdc-voltmeter/?attribute_pa_color=blue

So this is a plugin which creates a carousel, right?

By default, WooCommerce doesn't create such carousel so there is nothing we can actually do about it, I'm afraid"

This is the default function of theme and we do not use any other plugins.
In case you don't want to put the thumbnail galleries in carousel, we will support for you to disable it
    Thanks!

Yes, please help me disable the thumbnail carousel gallery. I would still like to have the option for the user to click on each image and enlarge it.

Your plugin conflicts with gallery-LIGHTBOX of Woo: https://prnt.sc/ozjer6, does not conflict with gallery thumbnail. Please contact to the author to get support.
