Hi,

This is the placeholder when you do not upload the image for this location.

So if you remove this placeholder for you, in case you want to upload image, it will not show anymore.

So pls think carefully then let me know your intention

If you want to replace with another image, why don't you upload in that shortcode?
In case you want to remove the placeholder there, pls put this css code in Custom css of Theme Options. And remember to BACK UP this. If not, it will be lost when you update the theme in the future, and we will not support this again
