    Problems to installation New Boutique 2.0 Template

    I have version 1.3.4 of the Boutique template installed and running. I have a customized CHILD template with the name "PILI FERRER Template". I tried to set it up but it does not keep the custom changes, it gives me problems with the product category of the WPBAKERY, the same "Footer's" do not work, etc ... I must say that I bought your plugin "Responsive WPBakery" and "Product Bundles" . I need help to make it work.

    - Template Update to 2.0
    - Compatibility to my CHILD template
    - Correct functioning of WPBakery
    - Update Header's & Footer's to the new template following the old version.

    Hi mate,

    We will assist to you to update the theme onto the new version.

    So, please back up all source code, all customized files in both Child theme and Main theme (if you customized something in Main theme)
    then provide me your Cpanel also (It will better than FTP account). So my coder will help you to upgrade the theme.

    Hi mate,

    - About the license key: It is just the warning that if your have the own key, then you can add so that you can get the warning to update automatically. But when you purchased our theme on Themeforest, you do not need to add any license keys, you still get the latest features of theme.
    If there is any updating, we will update on theme, and you can wait for the latest version then update for your site.

    - License Key: I understand that there was no need to compare licenses for "Responsive WPbakery" & "Product Bundles" in my case?
    So if I already have it incorporated into my ThemeForest license, do you pay me back for my license purchases? (attached invoices)

    - Cart and user icons: Can you inform me that .php is this code that you link to me? And where can I find the "tools icon" to replace with the "female user"?

    - Variations: I attached screenshot. These are a few, but I don't know why some see the variations and others don't. I want them not to be seen on this woocommerce screens, but rather to be seen directly on the product sheet.

    1. License Keys. I bought "required" licenses for your template. I bought a "Responsive WPBakery" and "Product Bundle" license. I understood in your message that it was not necessary to buy these licenses since I have purchased the template in "ThemeForest". In this case, you pay back what PayPal paid.     2. Icon Cart vs. Icon ShopingBag: I have seen that your "coder" has already corrected it in the child. Now it works perfectly. Thank you.

    3. Variations: Correct. I have seen that it is solved. What I don't understand is because the plugin that activated it is uninstalled. "WooCommerce Variation Swatches - Pro". Although I have a Premium license, your coder has dismantled it and has not activated it again. There is an error in the backend. Attachment capture. What do I have to do with this?

    4. OVIC Social & Ovic Menu. As you can see in my footers, the OVIC Social & OVIC menu options do not work. Nor can I generate them from WPBakery. It also happens to me with the option [Tk_tabs] are not operational on several pages. "Accessories & Size Guide, for example". Attachment capture.

    Update on point 3: I created a support ticket at https://getwooplugins.com because I have a PRO license and it doesn't work. Match your installation of the new version of the template. Let me know if the problems detected in the variations was a problem of the template or of the plugin, please.
    Update on point 4: All sections with [kt_tabs] were not updated properly. I have finally created them again. What I have NOT found are the OVIC Social & OVIC menu options. Let me know where I can find them to return to have menus and links of social networks in the footer's.

    1. Ahh I can understand that you purchased your own license key so that you can get the update automatically.. right? And for now, when you get your own key, you want us to pay back the money because this plugin is included in the theme already, right? If that, I think your requirement is unacceptable. If you have any trouble with this plugin that make your site does not work correctly, we will help you to check and update in needed, we do not pay back the money when you purchased for your own, mate :)

    3. My coder explains that: The plugin "WooCommerce Variation Swatches", we also have this plugin, but you are using a third-party plugin that has the same name with ours, just different from the author. Although they have the same name, but in 2 different authors, so they have the different function. So my coder just reset the plugin, then re-install (not touch into anywhere in code to fix) so the problem about variation on each product was solved.

    4. It's because you are using shortcodes of theme Boutique 2.x, currently you are not activating that theme, you are using another theme (maybe you clone from our theme) so the shortcode does not show. Please re-build for this

    1. When I installed your Boutique Template Update to Version 2.X I understood that "Responsive WpBakery" and "Product Bundles" was required as they say so in your installation messages. Following your installation instructions I bought a license for each of your plugins, although the "Product Bundles" I already have another plugin from another author because your template "Boutique 1.X." I did not have this option and for my business it is required.
    I remind you that I could never correctly introduce your product licenses. That's why I asked for help.
    For me it is no problem to buy plugins and licenses if they later improve the functionality of my client. ;-)
    From your previous messages, I understood that having the "Responsive WpBakery" is not essential as it came with the template.
    I am also surprised that when your coder installed the new version, it did not install the plugins even if I had a purchased license.
    If then there is no money back, you can install WPResponsive Bakery, since I can't do it. Thank you. (Diponeis of my license in the protected data).
    In the case of "Product Bundles", if you think it is better than I have, you can also install it. Thank you.
    2. When I installed Template Boutique 1.0, I had the "WooCommerce Variation Swatches" plugin from Emran Ahmed as required. When I saw that the options offered in the Free version did not reach what my business needs, I simply updated to the PRO version from the same plugin. I did not install any plugin outside your template, I simply updated from the same plugin that your template 1.0 was required to be able to qualify for all the functionalities.
    Now you tell me that you have a plugin that is not "Emran Ahmed". I do not get it.
    I want the best for my client and for me, your Boutique template is perfect for my business. If you think that your plugin is better than that of "Emran Ahmed" let me know what it is and what its price is. And I will try to install yours.
    4. About your answer I don't understand what you want to tell me. The fact is that if I create or modify any footer I do not find the "Social Ovic" in the elements of the WPBakery.     2. "WooCommerce Variation Swatches" plugin from Emran Ahmed: This plugin is not longer to be supported anymore, because it was removed in store. You also cannot download it again. So we will use another plugin that has the same function to replace the old one. Please download plugin from this link for your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-variation-swatches/ and use it. It can change some classes so the css may be not same with demo style, we will re-style and update for the next version of theme

    4. Oaky. Now pls remove the old boutique theme: "kute-boutique". Currently there are 2 identical theme slug. Its child theme is inheriting the old Parent theme it doesn't have shortcode ovic_socials

    1. This is not the NEW label. This is the label Featured, because the products are chosen featured in backend.
    If you want to delete this label Featured, you can use this css code, add it in custom css of Theme options, remember to backup this code if you update the theme in the future.

    This will be the explanation from my coder:

    In version 1.x, you should select the menu in back end (you could build it yourself)
    In version 2.x, we fixed as the template-part in theme so you should not select in back end anymore. It is still the same about the function.
    If you still want to edit, you can use Child-theme, and copy the " templates-parts/account-menu.php" from the main theme to Child theme to edit.

    NOTE: This would be quite hard if you custom yourself. We see that you just add one more item linked to Cart Page. It has the button in Mini cart already. The more you custom, the more you get difficult when updating the theme in the future.
