    Hi,

    My coder has checked and seen that you are turning off for Edit and Mods in wp-config.
    So pls remove these 2 lines: http://prntscr.com/oiab5u then it will work, you will be able to upload plugins.

    Due to your Max Post Size is too low (you can turn on Debug in wp-config to see)
    Solution:
    - You can raise Max Post Size up
    OR
    - You can disable some functions that need much of Post Size, such as this: http://prntscr.com/oj7jpf

    Pls check again then let me know your result

    I'm almost sure that the error is born from the Kuteshop Toolkit plugin
    from there the error is born
    when I deactivate that plugin, it just works fine
