    I can't play tutorian videos and install the content.xml file

    Hi,
    I encountered two problems in using the kuteshop theme :
    1. I can't play the video tutorial here:
    https://support.kutethemes.net/guide-videos
    2. After I successfully import the content.xml file, the system does not successfully install with an error message: There is not enough time for the process. I have set the processing time in PHP to 300.
    Please solution.

    Hi mate,

    1. My Admin and developers are trying to handle this. So hope that you can be more patient to wait
    2. You need to config:
    - PHP version 7.1 or greater
    - MySQL version 5.6 or greater or greater
    - max_execution_time: 180
    - memory_limit: 256MB
    - post_max_size: = or greater 32M
    - upload_max_filesize: = or greater 32M

    If you get any difficulties to install the theme, pls provide me your admin + cPanel account, I will help you
