    Hi,

    Here I will show you the structures:

    1. Categories (On vertical menu): You can edit in Theme Options: http://prntscr.com/ocvjvw
    2. Menu items of Vertical: Appearance > Menus > Vertical menu then edit: http://prntscr.com/ocvk9z

    If you need to edit anything, please take the screenshots, mark on the correct positions then I will help you
