Mega builder missing....

Hello

I am not able to add mega menu items to a new menu. Furthermore, the mega builder section does not appear in my wordpress, as it is shown on this video

Can you please help to show the mega builder and be able to add mega menu items to new menus?

Even the ftp account, it is still lacking of host / server account

I cannot build it in the vertical menu, can you advice of the steps I should follow?

See attached picture, i would like to create a similar to this one it was created by default with the theme,
