    cart display has bug

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    we found there is a problem with the display of the cart icon.
    When we addede something to the cart is is not shown as nubmer icon in the default menu. Only in the Sticky menu when scrolling e.g. on the front page, see attached screenshots.

    Can You please look into this and fix it?

    Hi,

    My coder said that when you used header style 13, there would no quantity of products shown in the mini cart as default. If you want to show, you can use this css code, pls add in the custom css in Theme Options:

    .header.style-13 .block-minicart .woo-cart-link .count{
    display: block;
    }

    Hey there.

    There was a Domain added to the Installation above.
    It is now found at: https://repairyourphone.de
    and the Backend is: https://repairyourphone.de/wp-admin

    We found there is a problem with the mini-cart view.
    When adding an object to the minicart, the price is displayed as 0,00 Euro.
    When loading the entire cart, the Price is correct though.
    Or when refreshing the page after putting something into the cart, the Mini-Cart is up to date, too.
    However, Customers usually don't refresh the page manually, so there is the question, if something can be done here... .

    It is a live System BTW... .
    There is a Screenshot of the problem attached

    PS: We tried to open a new ticket after renewing support but that failed...

    The reason that you cannot open a new ticket is because your support period is expired.

    attached you find another screenshot of our profile settings/purchases, where you can see the renewal of support.
    For some reason it was not connected to the project we brought it for. But maybe you can fix this for us and look at the bug reported above.

    Important:
    As ist is a live System, we now activates a temporary workaround: we changed the product settings on the live System to "redirect to cart after adding Product".
    That way we can avoid/xubpress the bug on the live system - So, now Your coder won't know there is a problem with the live site!
    Therefore we set up another test account where the bug can be reproduced.

    Unfortunately, our customer asked explicitly to fix the bug and not use the work around from the live site permanently.

    So. - Please check on the bug at the testserver, the secret Information for the test-server is provided below.

    When successful, You may add the code/fix to the live server, too.

    Hi mate,

    The Ajax button of the Add to cart button on the product page cannot be used simultaneously with the input fields and files added by the plugin "PPOM for WooCommerce by N-MEDIA"
    My coder added an option to enable / disable Ajax: "Theme Options / WooCommerce Single / Product Settings / Enable Ajax add-to-cart, disable this and you're done

    Your ftp of test server site is not correct so my coder sent you the theme so that you can update for your site by yourself.

    Hey there,
    I tried to do something on the test-account, however, I thought it were better to activate the childtheme before uploading new parent them via ftp. - And when acticating the child theme I got this screen:
    See attached. - I can't do anything anymore that way... .

    Do I need to set up another test account, or is ther a fix?
    I have set new FTP Credentials and checked them. - They are below:

    My coder checked. And he found out that you had customized something in Child theme, so the theme did not work.
    He activated again Main theme for you and it is working.

    (ps: You might copy whole file function.php in Child theme. It is wrong. If you want to custom any functions, you should copy its own function without copying all)

    I skipped the child theme topic here.. . . However, can You provide a child Theme for the updated theme as well?

    The newest child theme available does not appear to have the option for products that You kindly invented for us.
