Cannot import demo data

Hi, here is the problem: When I try to import demo data in Ovic Panel --> Dashboard --> Import Data nothing appears. Also when I Try to import demo data from Ovic Plugins --> Ovic import demo nothing seems to work. Could you please help me with that? Thanks
