    Update Mail (02/07/2019) - How to execute.

    I received a mail saying that an update is available for 'Boutique - Kute Responsive WooCommerce Theme', but still do not appear on my Wordpress admin page. I downloaded and I saw that at the moment are 2 available versions of Boutique: 1.3.x and 2.0.x

    How should I execute the update? I downloaded all files but I did not want to install new update cause do not know if I install the new version, all customized details will be changed to beginning mode...

    Any kind of help will be happily accepted.

    We released the new version for this theme. And if you want to use this version, pls help me to back up all your data, contents, ... then provide me your cPanel (or ftp) account, we will support to help you upgrade the theme

    but which the aim of having the FTP acount? I do not understand why it is not and explanation or template asked for an update at Wordpress

    Basically, we can update theme by using admin account only. But we need ftp account, then we can check if there are any errors or problems during updating.
    Because this is the complete different version of theme, so it does not have the message to update

    So, if you need we to update for you,. pls back up you site and provide ftp account also, then let me know

    But need to know exact time and timetable for this as we open our shop and POS plugin is a must. Back-up's are done...

    I think your hosting / server blocks my IP address. If that, pls remove Vietnam in your black list. Then let me know, I will check again for you. I have some other clients, I sent this solution then I could access to their site to check

    During my coder is updating for you, now your admin + ftp accounts are not able to access to anymore. I guess that the IP in your country is changed for the new day. So please check again, remove again Vietnam in your black list then let me know, my coder will continue the job for you

    Hi mate,

    My coder reported that he had finished to update the site for you yesterday.

    You can check again now and re-build for home page and Footer. Because the last time when we were updating for you, then your site was died, so they could not remember how to build.

    if everything is done, I do not suggest this sitty non compatible update + POS plugin is not working.... Damn!

    finally looks like the theme it is not compatible with the plugin cause products are not uploaded to the POS properly, so Some days of not being able to use this on the best way and finally back to the beginning. What a pity, cause the SOLD OUT label with product pic in a worn grey looks ace.

    Let mw know if your coder could be able to find out a solution to this problem.... I deactivate some plugins and POS started working but not cool... I re-installed again the plugin but unfortunately no luck
