i've changed theme-functions.php on line 769

if ( $enable_lazy == 1 ) {

to

if ( $enable_lazy == 0 ) {

but i don't think that it's the right way to do this.

The problem still exists on blog post images like in screenshot attached:

Files were changed
1. techone/famework/includes/woo-functions.php
2. techone/famework/includes/theme-functions.php
