Downloading the theme

hello
Please help me about some problem.I have Download Limit Reached whereas I never download theme and have error for that and cont use download manager. internet download manager software have a security error in connection to this website.

OK . Actually i should used HTTP instead of HTTPS
At the moment for download limits Download not available.

but in downloading below link will be appear
