Hi, I can not activate the theme, I get to Install Sample Data and nothing appears. What should I do?

Please import demo data here: http://prntscr.com/o8wtn0 Not in the place you mentioned above.
And, I would like to help you install the theme. However, you added your own data, content, like: Products, images, ...

If you want me to do this for you, please backup all your own data, content, I will reset your whole site then install the theme for you to display correctly as in demo. And, let me know the home page you want to import

I can not import anything ...
I just reset all, WP, BD and Woocommerce ... Leave in a folder called BIOLIFE THEME and ZIP on the server, there you will find all the files that I buy.

I need install 06, Actually I can use any demo.

Hi,

You seem to forget providing the host / server account of ftp. I just got the username and pw only.

Pls check again then providing the complete account. Thanks!
