    Revolution Slider import fail

    Hello,
    When I try to import Revolution Slider demo archive (supershop1.zip) i get this error message :

    Error: Wrong export slider file format! This could be caused because the ZipArchive extension is not enabled.

    The ZipArchive extension is enabled on my server (see phpinfo in attached files), so I guess the slider file format is not correct.
    I've seen on another forum (link below) that there is a bug with export on the older version.
    Could this be a lead ?

    Thanks to fix the archive so that i can import demo content correctly.

    Thanks for providing accounts and video.

    When I check your back end site, I see that the theme is uploaded there. But it is for Prestashop version 1.7.x
    When I see your video, it seems that you are wanting to upload Supershop theme for Prestashop version 1.6.x

    So please let me know: Which version of theme do you want to install? and Which version of Prestashop you want to use for your site

    I'm effectively using PS 1.6 and i have installed the theme corresponding to my version.
    In the main archive i've downloaded from Envato, i've extracted the files from "SuperShop - PTS 1.6.x" folder.

    If this is not the right version for PS 1.6, where can i find it ?

    (could you please remove your screenshot because my admin url appears on it and i don't want it to be public, thanks)

    I got your answer.
    You tell me to enable zip library on my server, but it is ALREADY ENABLED (please read carefully my original post and open the phpinfo file provided).
    The problem (in my opinion) is that the demo slider format is not for the correct version of Revolution Slider.
