charset `UTF-8;’ not supported

Hi, when i upload some plugin i got UTF error and this is woocommerce error because of theme. Can you fix this error please

Warning: htmlspecialchars(): charset `UTF-8;’ not supported, assuming utf-8 in /home/kazimalic/public_html/store/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-formatting-functions.php on line 431

Also i see now Menu section in wordpress

1 month ago same problem i got and you fixed it. Today upgraded my theme and some of plugins and i got this error again.

Because of this my shop page loading standart header and not showing footer!

How can i fix this?

Well today fixed the problem. The problem was in php.ini `UTF-8;’ changed `UTF-8’ and solved
