    Big problem with Theme, Ovic Tools and a plugin

    Good morning team. We have one week + that we face a strange problem.

    We try to found a solution. We made tests and my team and the author of the plugin concluded that the problem is from the theme or ovic toolkit.

    Let's start and i will try to give you as many details i can.

    We bought this plugin

    We installed this plugin and worked on this with no problem.
    When we start to edit pages with visual composer on edit or save the page "break"

    We talked with the author of the plugin and he told us this.


    Unfortunately, the plugin doesn't alter any 3rd party DB table or settings. It also sounds very strange that even disabling the plugin, the issue still raises. Once a plugin is disabled, the WordPress core doesn't execute any of its scripts, so the issue should not be generated.

    I have no clue how the ovc-toolkit has been designed so I'm not able to say which of its sub-components may be generating the issue. What I can say is that the WooCommerce Multiple Addresses plugin data is stored in the db as follows:
    User addresses data is stored in the _wcmca_additional_addresses meta key in the usermeta table
    products address data (if the special option has been enabled) is stored in the woocommerce_order_itemmeta table
    general settings and menus are managed through the ACF Pro core ( https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/pro/ ) that stores data in the options table
    You should contact the developer of the ovc-toolkit reporting the malfunctioning when that plugin is enabled in conjunction with the Visual Editor and the WooCommerce Multiple Addresses plugins. He has designed it should have more clues why that plugin is generating that interference. Just using the WooCommerce Multiple Addresses in conjunction with the Visual Editor both works without any issues.

    Excuse me, your main domain is https://www.santarosa.gr/. And we just support for only one domain for a client.

    My coder found out: There were the errors in your plugin WooCommerce Multiple Customer Addresses: https://prnt.sc/o77vd2 and https://prnt.sc/o77u0r.

    Please enable the DEBUG mode and fix all the errors first. Then try to save your page, if the problem still occurs, we will continue to check for you

    Hi,
    those are not errors but just warnings that are printed only when the debug mode is enabled. For some reasons your core WordPress scripts are generating them:
    wp-admin/includes/misc.php
    wp-admin/post.php
    and so on due to the usage of some malformed taxonomy (maybe added by that theme plugin?). Those warnings are lately reported also by the ACF Pro scripts included in the Multiple Addresses plugin.
    Note that warnings won't break anything, otherwise they will be reported as errors. Furthermore, those scripts cannot be the cause otherwise, when disabling the plugin, the issue should not persist (script are not executed).

    They should perform a more accurate investigation and if they have any incompatibility with the Advanced Custom Field plugin ( https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/ ACF is a widely used plugin by millions of users and themes) due to the usage of malformed taxonomy, they should make sure to not generate it.

    i deactivated the ovic toolkit plugin just to work on back at some products. if you want to work on it activate it but it crashes the site.

    Your home page was saved when your site was in the bug situation, so it lost some options. Just re-build for your site, it will display correctly

    Homepage is demo 02 but is broken from previous save.

    As I said last time, you site is being saved when it had the errors with Toolkit so some of your elements was being missed the setting.

    Now just edit again your page, add again the content and align some elements then it will display properly. The errors completely fixed.

    Do you have any backup package before we fixed the error for you?
