    Hello,

    We bought your theme for Prestashop and when we try to install the theme gives the error that is not compatible with the version Prestashop 1.7. We sent the printscreen (in Portuguese). Can you help, please?

    FTP account is correct
    But when I use the same user + pw for back-end site, it is not correct: http://prntscr.com/o6pa09

    The username must be an email address. So please provide again the complete account then I will install the theme for you
