Hi,

1. Change logo for your site: Pls turn OFF the Meta box mode, then all your settings in Theme Options will be applied for your site. http://prntscr.com/o4sm55

2. Change logo for Menu: You are using Footer Builder 02 so you can edit in Footer Builder 03: http://prntscr.com/o4slpp

3. It's done after you configured the WPBakery Page Builder: http://prntscr.com/o4smx6 Now you can style as your way .
