    I do not have permission to access threads in the support page

    Hi

    Even after validating my purchase code, it says sucessful, redirects and i do not have access to see the threat in the forum,

    Hi mate,

    When you purchased this theme only (Techone) then you just have the permission to see all tickets of Techone theme. The other will be not allowed.

    I can see your ticket here. So if you have any issues, pls submit a new one + provide me your admin account (pls take the screenshot for your issue then I will check faster) I will check for you
