Theme is causing issues with woocommerce

My Turan theme is causing issues with my woocommerce add-ons extension. I went through and troubleshooted all plugins and theme. The theme prevents uploading of files when purchasing a custom product. You can see for yourself here: https://mamajenedesigns.com/shop/custom-herc-girl/
Try adding the product and uploading a photo. File option will not show after you add to cart, and nothing uploads once order completes.
