    Error in uploading theme and half of the layouts designs are missing from package

    Hi,

    We have purchased the Prestashop theme for our clothing store. In your demo or product detail page, you have mentioned that, the theme includes 20 layout designs and many more. So, I have purchased your theme because I like the few layouts in your theme.

    Now, after extracting your theme, I have found there are only 10 layouts. And the layouts for which we have purchased this theme are missing. So theme is totally useless for us, if our requirement do not fulfill.

    Apart from missing layout, we were trying to upload your all 10 layouts in my Prestashop store and getting an error that "Theme is not valid for Prestashop 1.7". But all of your templates were installed on our local system. We have shared the screenshot of error that we are getting while uploading theme.

    Kindly look into this issue and share all other missing layouts.

    Hi,

    My coder installed successfully the theme for you with home 01. You can check your site now and let me know if you want to use another home page.

    During installing process, he found out this error: http://prntscr.com/nztmuw This is the error of php version. Prestashop works well in php version 7.1.x. So pls check it also.

    So for now, pls check then let me know the result

Now, we are trying to install more themes on our store but still getting same error as "This theme is not valid for PrestaShop 1.7". We have also checked tried with PHP version 7.1.x as well as 7.2.x but nothing is working.

    Kindly check the same again on server. And let us know what is preventing the theme to be installed there.

    Store's back office login as well as FTP details are already shared with you.

    We have 1 more concern that we already mentioned in ticket and again sharing now,.

    On your product detail or demo you have mentioned 20 layouts in your theme but after purchasing, we have got only 10. And the layout which we like for our store is not included in these 10 layouts.

    Kindly share the remaining layouts of this theme as per your commitment on product detail page on themeforest.

    Ahh sorry for not answer this question.I also asked the coder: We had designed completely all layouts. However for some reasons, we had to hide a half and just uploaded 10 layouts as you saw when purchased the theme. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. My coder is updating the remaining and he will continue to upload within about 1-2 weeks more. Hope that you will be patience to wait and then you can download when it is released.

    I can understand you but it will be very tough to me t wait for 2 weeks for remaining layouts. My store is pending and can't launch my website without the layout that I haven't got.

    Please try to understand my concern and send me remaining layouts as soon as possible.

    How will get remaining layouts? Will you share the same directly on this ticket or just upload the same in my account from where I can download. And where I can find user manual of this theme?

    I see. My coder is working sooo hard to release the remaining on time.
    When he updates the remaining on Themeforest, you will get the email that informs you to update. So you can go to Themeforest to download the package

    Hi,

    You must be share timeline of when you will share remaining layouts. I can't wait for too much time as I am not able to launch my store properly without that layout.

    If you cannot provide me remaining layouts within less time, then refund my money. I do not want these 10 layouts. These are totally useless to me.

    Are you guys kidding me? Do you know, our store is on hold due to your fault. If you can't provide us those missing layout, please refund our money, we don't want this kind of service.

    Hi,

    Due to very less time, we have uploaded all designs manually in theme folder on our website, as we were facing error (described in our last message). After extracting all designs, layouts are appearing on theme page, but when we try to use any theme there, we are getting module activation error. This error is same for all design. We have also shared screenshot of the same.

    Kindly check the same and test your all themes designs so that, we can use any designs on our website as per regions and customers. We have already shared FTP and website details in very first message of this ticket.

    My coder would like to know that which home page are you changing into so that it cause this error? He sees that you upload the many single themes. Then he does not know which home page you are using so that it informs to lack of module

    We want to try each design and then look which design will suit better as per our business. Therefore, we just want to use each and every theme but for each theme we are getting error when trying to use them.

    Please try to use each and every single theme on our website. And this is necessary to us than each theme must be working. Because in future, we will theme on our website zone/country wise.

    My coder would like to give you 2 options, then you can choose:

    1. My coder will install for you Quick install package. Then you will have fully theme as you can see in demo
    2. My coder will help you to install each theme, then you can test. When you want to use another one, pls tell me then my coder continue to install for you

    Hi,

    Are you kidding with your customers? Why your coder will give us only 2 options? If you are giving 20 layouts in your theme then your each layout must be working. This is not your choice how many layouts we will use on our store. we can use all of your layouts at the same time based on customer's region.

    It is up to us, what layout we will use at what time. Your responsibility is just correcting issue with all your layouts. And all of layouts must be working.

    Therefore, please check your all layouts and fix issues with them if any. We want, all layouts that we have got in theme must be working.

    Hi,

    I have got email from themeforest that you have updated this package so I have downloaded updated package and then again try to use layout 15.

    Again, I am getting same error. When I uploaded layout 15, I have got same error "This theme is not valid for Prestashop 1.7". To ignore this issue i have uploaded zipped file directly into theme folder and then extracted the same. After this, When I click on "use this theme" option from admin panel, I am getting error "Cannot install module labproductfilter. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded."

    I know you are working, but try to understand, I am getting frustrated with your support. I have purchased this theme around 2 week ago but still I am not able to use this theme. If you are not able to fix this error then please refund my money.

    FYI, Please try to run layout 15, 16, 17 and 18 first properly on my website. This is last kind message from my side. After this I will escalate this issue to your Admin as well as themeforest.

    Hi,

    The problem is not caused by the theme. That is the error when Prestashop zip theme . You just need to re-zip to be installed.

    Hi,

    I have checked that, there was some server issue which were creating an issue while using your theme. So, we have fixed it and now theme is working ok.
    But now the next problem is, when our developer enable debug mode on website, your theme modules throwing many errors and warning. These are not coming at once but yes coming one by one.

    It seems that you have published your theme without testing in debug mode. Due to these kind of errors, our developers are not able to work on other things on my website.

    Kindly test your theme again on my server and fix your all issues in debug mode. I am very surprised about how your company and your developers works on this kind of things. Your service is such a bullshit that I have not seen ever never.

    Server and website details are already shared. Currently website is in testing mode. We have modified your header and footer in terms of design but there is no single line of change in your any module.
