Theme Inconsistencies with WP Bakery Page Builder formerly known as Visual Composer

Theme seems to have conflicts with Visual Composer. Plugin creator said that you have some theme element inconsistencies. When I go to a post and select the element to open, the container opens but the inputs in the container and the data being changed is not storing and saving.
The WP Bakery Visual Composer creator says your theme has element inconsistencies that is breaking the site's ability to work with visual composer.
After the container opens, I have to select the tab option to the right and then go back to the far tab on the left in order for the inputs to display. Then once I am able to add new data, another problem exist, the data does not save into WP Bakery. The container does not close and the page does not save.
Can you help?
