How to update my theme

Hi,

To update the theme, if you still do not custom something in Main theme, just go ahead to update the theme.
In case you customized something, pls back up all the customized files then follow these steps:

Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database) and download the latest version of theme
Step 2: From the dashboard >> Appearance >> Theme, you need to activate the default template ( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
Step 3: Click on Biolife and then click Delete ( look down in the right).
Step 4: Return the Appearance, choose Theme >> Add New >> choose your latest theme version >> Install
Step 5: Activate again all the required plugins.
