    problem with import demo

    Hi ,
    i have some problems to import biolife demo on my wordpress istance.
    When i try to import , process finish correctly , but nothing is imported.
    Please can you help me to import demo or send me correct steps guid to import demo ?

    I understood your issue. And I guess your importing demo data was not completed.

    So please provide me the admin + cPanel (or ftp) accounts. I would like to check in your site then will help you to re-install the theme correctly.

    Let me know which home page demo you want to import also

    thnaks in advance , i havent ftp account, but i can share wp-admin data and i 've been installed wp-file manager plugin so you can manage file .

    THanks for providing the admin account, But it is not enough for me to help you install the theme.

    I would like to reset your site, and some of your paths will still remain in somewhere in your hosting. Could you please help me to ask your hosting manager for the FTP account? In addition, installing via FTP will be quickly more than via back end admin account only. IT will be better
